The amjili Platform is strictly prohibited for use by individuals under 21 years of age, in compliance with PAGCOR regulations. amjili does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 21 years of age.
As part of the KYC verification process, amjili requires documentary proof of age — via a valid Philippine government-issued ID — before granting access to real-money gaming features or processing any withdrawal. If amjili discovers that personal data has been collected from an individual under 21 years of age, such data will be promptly deleted, the account will be suspended, and the matter will be handled in accordance with PAGCOR regulatory guidance.
