These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the amjili platform — including all casino games, sports betting, promotions, and account services. Please read them carefully before registering or making any deposit.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one amjili account. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether under the same name, different names, or different contact details — are strictly prohibited. amjili employs technical and manual verification measures to detect duplicate registrations. If duplicate accounts are identified, amjili reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any winnings generated from such accounts.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your amjili account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify amjili immediately via live chat support if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. amjili will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account caused by your failure to maintain credential security.
amjili reserves the right to require KYC verification at any stage of your account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing the first withdrawal, following a significant increase in account activity, or if amjili has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity. Required documentation typically includes a clear photograph or scan of a valid Philippine government-issued photo ID. Failure to complete verification within the timeframe specified by amjili may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal privileges.
An account is considered inactive if no login activity is recorded for a continuous period of 180 days. amjili reserves the right to apply a monthly inactivity fee to inactive accounts as detailed in the current fee schedule displayed on the Platform. Any remaining balance will remain accessible upon account reactivation through successful login.
Players may request closure of their amjili account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat. Before closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed, and any remaining Real Money Balance will be returned to the Player's verified payment method. Bonus Credits not subject to a completed wagering cycle will be forfeited upon account closure.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions: (a) the Player's KYC verification is complete and approved; (b) no pending verification hold is active on the account; (c) any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds have been fulfilled; (d) the withdrawal method matches a payment method associated with a verified account in the Player's name. amjili does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.

amjili is committed to compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations under Philippine law, including Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act) as amended. amjili may request source-of-funds documentation for transactions exceeding applicable thresholds, and reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending satisfactory AML documentation review.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by amjili are subject to the specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of the offer, in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, all Bonus Credits are subject to a wagering requirement before they or associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible game contribution rates are specified in each bonus offer. As a general principle: (a) only Real Money Balance is used first unless the Player has opted to play with bonus funds; (b) bets placed at reduced stakes to satisfy wagering requirements whilst preserving bonus balance are not permitted; (c) wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus.
amjili reserves the right to refuse, withhold, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings if there is reasonable evidence that a Player has: participated in bonus abuse (including but not limited to multi-accounting, coordinated group wagering, or placing bets on opposing outcomes); exploited a technical error in a promotion; or provided false information to obtain a bonus. Any determination of bonus abuse is at amjili's sole discretion.
All bonuses carry an expiry date. Bonus Credits and associated wagering requirements that are not completed within the specified validity period will expire automatically. Expired bonus credits and associated winnings are forfeited and will not be reinstated.
Each game available on the amjili Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of each game before wagering real money. amjili accepts no liability for losses arising from a Player's failure to understand the applicable game rules.
Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the amjili system, it is binding and cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player, except in circumstances expressly permitted under specific game rules (such as live sports betting markets that are suspended or voided due to event cancellation).
In the event of a software or hardware malfunction that affects the proper operation of a game, any bets placed during the affected period may be voided at amjili's discretion. Players will be notified of such voidances, and affected Real Money stakes will be returned to the Player's wallet. amjili is not liable for any losses caused by technical malfunctions outside its reasonable control.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, amjili's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

amjili reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon account termination for breach, any remaining Real Money Balance — net of any bonuses or winnings deemed to have been obtained in breach of these Terms — will be handled in accordance with amjili's obligations under applicable Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. Where termination is initiated by amjili for reasons other than Player breach, any verifiable Real Money Balance will be returned to the Player's verified payment method.
amjili collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173 (Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations. The collection and use of your personal data is governed by amjili's Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an amjili account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
amjili reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or prominent Platform notification at least 14 days before the changes take effect, unless a shorter notice period is required by applicable law or regulatory directive.
Your continued use of the amjili Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure prior to the effective date.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the amjili Platform, you agree to first attempt informal resolution by contacting amjili's customer support team. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.
Players who believe amjili has acted in breach of its PAGCOR licensing obligations may also file a complaint directly with PAGCOR as the relevant regulatory authority.
